Rack Myths Busted

Custom colours are expensive and delay delivery.

Most customers are happy with texture black (Dulux®  Mannix®  Black) or grey (Mannix®  Suede) but at SRA, we can powder coat your rack in any Dulux®  colour or finish.  If we don’t have the colour you want in stock, you may need to allow an extra day for us to get the powder, but the delay will not be significant.

Our standard textured finish (Mannix®) is available in both solid and pearlescent colours but we also offer all surface finishes from the Dulux® powder coat range as well. http://www.duluxpowders.com.au/powd/pdf_files/surreal_effects_cc.pdf  High gloss, satin, matt, texture or even pearl finish (e.g. Precious® and Metropolis® Pearl, Surreal Effects®, Duralloy® etc.) – your choice makes no difference to cost or delivery.

We only charge $200 extra to cover the cost of the minimum order for powder (20kg) and the extra labour involved.

Whether you want to specify custom colours for racks in your office, or to colour code racks in a server room by function, feel free to choose the colour and surface finish you want. Some of the more interesting colour choices we have recently delivered include:

Note that colours are indicative only. It can be hard to gauge the effect of colour or surface finish on an item like a large 19” rack from a small colour chip, especially the effect of surface finish. Some of the darker colours are quite spectacular in high gloss.
