Delivery

MainFreight Distribution delivers all of our packages and smaller items.

COPE sensitive freight delivers all rack cabinets using their “air ride” suspension vehicles.

There are two delivery services available for the rack cabinets:

Tailgate: delivery to a ground floor or loading dock only (available Australia wide)

Site to Site: delivery and location in a building (either via stairs or lifts).  Due to OH&S regulations a minimum of 2 men required and included in this service is the removal and disposal of all pallet and packaging material.  This service also allows you to request a specific delivery date and preferred time for delivery. (This service is available in limited areas so please contact SRA for more information) 

Deliveries occur between 830am and 5pm weekdays – excludes public holidays and weekends.
We cannot provide exact time delivery unless you request the site to site service, however if required we can request that the courier call you prior to delivery.  Deliveries outside these times can be arranged however there are additional prices involved.
If re-delivery is required there is a $35 ex GST delivery fee.
