Payment

• Do not pay when placing an order!

• We will invoice you and arrange payment options prior to delivery.

• We have EFTs and all Major credit card facilities for phone and online payment.

• We add a 1.5% merchant fee to payment made using Amex credit cards.

Important Notes:

1. Orders will be shipped after payment has been cleared.
2. Authorised purchase orders are accepted for approved corporate, educational and government orders.
3. If you prefer to pay by Online Banking (EFT) or Direct Debit please contact us.
4. Please allow seven (7) business days for company and personal cheques to be processed. Please make cheques payable to "Server Racks Australia."
5. All cheques or purchase orders must have a contact name and phone number to be processed.
6. A $30.00 fee will be charged on returned cheques.
