Warranty
These racks and accessories are warranted to be free from
fault due to manufacture for a period of twelve (12) months from the date
of purchase. During this period, if a rack or part thereof purchased through
"Server Racks Australia" is found to be faulty, we will repair
or at our option replace, the part(s) at fault.
Returns
Because the rack specifications are customised and each
rack is manufactured and built to order, Server Racks Australia reserves
the right to charge up to a 30% restocking fee, plus freight costs (including
insurance) on all returns.
